Make the enumeration exercise a priority

Nana Bosoma Asor Nkrawiri II, the Paramount Chief of Sunyani and President of the Sunyani Traditional Council has urged Ghanaians to see the National Population and Housing Census exercise as very important and prioritize.
Nana Asor Nkrawri II was speaking to the media in Sunyani after he was enumerated on early hours of Monday.
He said the exercise is what determines the resources needed to cater for Ghanaians through national development planning, therefore, every citizen must avail him or herself to be counted and giving accurate data is important for proper planning.
“Don’t let your work affect the success of the enumeration, it’s for our own welfare as citizens and that of the nation, let’s show up” he stated.
Mr. Amatus Nobabumah, the Bono Regional Statistician in a related development urged the public to patiently give correct answer to every questions on areas including sanitation, education and health for the enumerator to get the required quality and accurate data needed.
