Pupils, Students of Adantia Basic Schools Thinking Innovation

Pupils and students of Adantia Basic Schools, near Odumase in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono region have been encouraged to be innovative thinkers and situational change makers.
InspiNest, a Sunyani based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) into changing the mindset of young girls for entrepreneurship reached out to the Roman Catholic, Presbyterian and Municipal Assembly (M/A) basic schools in the community on Friday.
The NGO engaged and interacted with about 165 girls from 12 years and above on teenage pregnancy, girl child education, poverty and how a change maker can turn a problem into a project and business idea.
It was on the theme: “The Ghanaian Girl, Bringing Changes Through Innovation”.
Facilitators were students from the Notre Dam Girls Senior and Junior High Schools at Fiapre, near Sunyani.
Beneficiaries were also taken “how to learn from your mistakes, determination, confidence, believe in your abilities and environmental sanitation conscious”.
