Dr. Freda Prempeh, the Member of Parliament for Tano North has given Alexiboam construction firm Seven (7) days ultimatum to be on site or she would write to the Road Minister to terminate the contract for re-awarding.
“I would write to the road Minister, Mr. Amoako Atta to terminate the contract if Alexiboam doesn’t come to site in the next 7 days”.
She was speaking in an interview with the media on Friday during a working visit to Bomaa.
She said the contract was signed in 2021 for Alexiboam to construct the Bomaa-Tepa, Bomaa-Duayaw Nkwanta, Bomaa-EFie and Bomaa-Ehyiayem link roads, but Alexiboam has since not come to site.
In the interim, a local contractor has come to inspect the deplorable roads to start reshaping works.
